Precast Concrete Buildings

Precast concrete buildings are built to your specifications and requirements. Our buildings can be cast with a variety of colors and finishes, such as wood grain or split block or with an exposed aggregate veneer. We also do buildings with brick veneer finish. Roofs can be cast with simulated wood shake, broom or smooth finish. We can cast in doors, hatch doors, vents, couplers, blockouts, exhaust fans, louvers, etc., to meet your requirements.

Depending on the size of the building, site restraints, or your requirements we can assemble the building at our site and deliver it to be placed on your prepared pad or we can erect the building at your site on a pre-laid concrete floor or footing. We also build vaults for use with outdoor restrooms.
